TERMS OF BUSINESS...
1) We operate a pro--forma invoicing system, this means that payment in full will be required when you place your order. Any work being paid for by cheque will not be completed until the payment has gone through our banks clearing system.
2) At present we only accept cash, cheques or bacs payments.
3) All cheques must be made payable to: Mrs K. A. Carr.
4) We do not offer any kind of credit facility.
5) The only exception on pro-forma payment will be for websites, where a 50% deposit will be required, with the balance payable on completion or within 30 days whichever is the sooner.

6) All websites prices quoted on our prices page are there as a guide as to what your website might cost. We will however be able to quote you exact prices once we have all the information in front of us, as to what may be required.
7) We reserve the right to suspend any website at any time if payment for website balances, annual hosting fees or payments for changes to your site are not paid when required. (Please note this may affect your ability to receive emails).
8) We will not enter into any kind of business with anyone who wishes to sell or trade in guns, ammunition, stolen goods etc, or anything of a pornagraphic nature.
9) Website & Domain name transfer requests will be dealt with promtly and professionally and you the customer will be supplied with a disc containing all the source files, html web pages, pictures etc. We charge £495.00 for this service and will not commence with the transfer until this has been paid.
